 The Game Rules have been designed to protect the community and preserve the integrity of the game.  It is a fact that dealing with alleged violations is time-consuming and disruptive to the Vol, the alleged perpetrator, potentially any victim, and often to the entire community. Therefore meritless claims will meet with a penalty.

 If the character Badman has just been penalised, logging in with a similar name, such as Badmann, violates this rule.
