Despite my protests real life has forced itself upon me for a little while at least.

This means I won't be able to polish the rules forum to quite the extent I would like, quite as soon as I would like.

So, hm, what to do? Well I could sit on it and delay it until ??? while I slowly get it up to the standard I'd like.

But this would somehow be interpreted as censorship.

So what I'll do is finish off the last few bits over the next few days to cover the basic points and then throw it open for community input.

In fact I think this works out well with the original intent of the rules forum, as it allows community input at a somewhat lower level than otherwise.

Anyway, sorry for the delay.

I think opening it with not so wide perspective would be good as it is always better to walk slowly into a cold pool of water than jumping in it...
