Fontus added. Enjoy your

Yeah the other test isn't as good (or as tried and tested) as the Bartle one. It'd also be a small nightmare to try to wiki the results in the same way (and not useful to development).
Nevertheless it's quite fun. IIRC I was field-marshal.
Ah, it saves my results, yes, strategist-organiser (field marshal).

Well, in Daimonin you are exactly strategist-organiser, arn't you?
For me both test were enlightening. It is funny that before them I didn't realise the people in a RPG can be so different.

Hm, ok I didn't include the other test simply because I didn't want the bother of maintaining another wiki page.
Yes, they are actually both good tests.

And I wrote this not because I wanted to make more work for you.
This doesn't mean I am not curious to know the results of the others.

Breakdown: Achiever 46.67%, Explorer 93.33%, Killer 33.33%, Socializer 26.67%
EAKS players often live by the phrase 'The journey is often more enjoyable than the destination.' They are motivated by meeting the challenges of the world, but they are usually in no rush--because seeing the creatures and places of the world is even more fun.

Based on your answers, you are Organizer-Creator.
This combination is also referred to as the Architect playstyle.
You are looking for a part of the virtual world to call your own. More than simply creating a guild or leading groups, you like to give people a sense of community. In games that allow you to create cities or environments for your guild, you're likely to spend a lot of time customizing and tailoring it to the type of environment you want to have. You may also spend a lot of time outside of the game providing an Internet-based communication medium for your group.
Glad to see i'm still the only real killer
And in a unique group
And one of the highest award winners

Based on your answers, you are Supporter-Strategist.
This combination is also referred to as the Quarterback playstyle.
You enjoy figuring out the best means of winning in a situation, and you're ready to take on the harder or more obscure jobs to make sure that your plan comes together. You might not be out in front all the time, but you enjoy the recognition that comes with being the bedrock of a team. You'll often be the one calling the tactical shots in the middle of an encounter.
I agree with most of it except the last sentance

Based on your answers, you are Organizer-Supporter.
This combination is also referred to as the Impresario playstyle.
You provide a foundation for other players to enjoy the game. You tend to help other people achieve their goals before you do things for yourself, hoping to reap later rewards in the form of loyalty and dedication to growing a guild or clan.

Requested by a member of this fine community, here is the result of my test:
Quote
Based on your answers you are ...
EASK
EASK players often live by the phrase 'The journey is often more enjoyable than the destination.' They are motivated by meeting the challenges of the world, but they are usually in no rush--because seeing the creatures and places of the world is even more fun.
Breakdown: Achiever 46.67%, Explorer 100.00%, Killer 6.67%, Socializer 46.67%
Actually I am quite surprised by the result of this test. ( surprised by the accuracy, not the result itself )
I think of myself as almost the exact person described by the results with only some small exceptions:
I am definitely an explorer but that 100% surprised me quite a bit, also I like to achieve whatever goals I set myself (600+ levels was one of them, that's why I thought Achiever would be a bit higher than Socializer) and socialize with other people, but the quite big gap to being an explorer is something I didn't expect, I thought those three points would be closer together.
On the other hand the killer part fits very well.
Now should I ask myself if I am "EASK" or "ESAK" ?
I guess I let the community decide because usually I am not very interested in the results of these tests.

I was going to replace the main page poll, but found this more fun:
http://www.guildcafe.com/bartle.php
Be sure to post your results to this thread.
My results:
SAEK
SAEK players enjoy socializing more than anything else, but they also like to achieve the goals within the game. Often, the increase in social status that comes with defeating a powerful foe or finding a unique treasure is more important than the achievement itself. They also enjoy being part of a team that tries to accomplish great deeds, often finding as much satisfaction in the success of the group as with oneself.
Breakdown: Achiever 46.67%, Explorer 46.67%, Killer 20.00%, Socializer 86.67%

Yes - its a link to the old Daimonin Wiki pages. The new site does not have the Wiki content copied over yet, and even when it is copied over, I suspect all the links from forum to Wiki will need to be repaired.
Good post though! I suspect there are a load of new players who haven't seen the Bartle test, so it will be good to see what all their scores are!

Yeah, I hadn't really read this post before because I thought it had something to do with the Xmas event, and I only had my first Xmas event this past year.
Oh, speaking of Xmas events, are the lights (which are displayed a bit off-skew most of the time) in noobville going to be taken down, or will they be up year-round now?

Well yeah, what Torch said. The wiki will be back at some point.
Hm, I thought someone had taken down those damn lights. I'll do it in a bit.
