Age of the Elders: Divine Intervention

Before the worlds, in absence of time and existence, twas the Age of the Elders. An age upon age; man can in no wise conceive the realms of the Elders, unlikely that in which a droop of whisper from the Elves of Old can describe. Realms tore asunder by the Elders, where the elements spurred the fundamental laws of reality. Thus the very first of Divine Beings were born, twas the Age of the Elders.

It was the duty of the primeval Divine Beings to forge a connection between the Elders and Their creation. They verily complied: “Oh Lords of all the Worlds! How blessed it is, in which the embodiments of all existence, cultivated by Thine Own Self. And that the fragrance of Thy creation enriched with utmost bounty. Could Ye have taken aback this gift, for verily, Thou art in truth magnificent of all things.”

The Divine Beings, with the laws of Nature crafted the early stages of worldly beings. And with it, the dawn of existence.

The background story caught my imagination, so I decided to write some... stuff. This first part is all mine. But later, I will tie in with the background story. Right now its just gibberish. I'm starting out with the frame, then I'll work my way in. Thoughts? (I know it's pretty dry now, but I'll fix it up later and select better words of classical English diction )

Anich please catch me in game or send a forum mail. I have recovered a Daimonin History i started about a year ago from Longir recently and would like to pass this onto you. There maybe a similar direction, or similar ideas we have with this. I have got skype back up, will pass on details later.

Is there a Creative Writing Co-ordinator?. I think it will be beneficial to have a coordinator who is upto speed with ideas and stories that fellow creative thinkers are working on. I'm sure others might have unfinished work or work in progress that might clash. It might also bring a structure, or requirements on types of stories required for those willing to write on a given topic not covered.

The Co-ordinator perhaps would work with development who may require more or new stories for books, items in game for new maps or items on request in addition to keeping upto speed with work in progress.

There is "only" a creative writing board moderator, afaik - but I didn't here a thing from my clanmate Ellwood for ages

Personally i would like to put Anich as the Create Writing Coodinator, he has shown interest, has written stories and the fact that he contacted me ingame about this subjuct shows that he cares. Whether he wants to take this on is upto him. But i Support it personally, As for the Development contact I prefer Smacky, I know he is more into coding and has a huge amount on his plate but i dont think the creative writing side will be too much of of a hindrance, i think moreso just for the Coordinator to suss whether the Dev side wants stories on future maps, books in progress for the creative writers to write about. Smacky can say OK guys we have a new map coming up its about this, and we need to get a background story to support it. But hey, im not cheif more an Indian, but i still think there needs to be coordinated attempt here. I suggest a Skype forum started for the writers, to get to know each other and swap ideas, and get something happening on a more professional level. I would also like to see a coordianted attempt to get what Daimonin is about hisorically, based in Mt's  wiki thread of 4 year ago and expand on this.

I'm in ev'ry thing with you, although
1) I am not Namto, my name is Nobbit (haven't seen Namto for ages, would like to know where Namto went...)
2) It is up to Anich, really, but if he is too busy with other things like audio project, etc., I'd try to convince Sirnaf, due to the fact that he has written a very professional, detailed story. He is really skilled, i think. But, as he told me some time ago, he is a lil busy in rl, so may be we got to force him anyhow
3) I asked for the wiki story, written by MT in another thread. Although i got no answer I  decided to believe that this is on the list as the rest on the wiki is an will be added to the new page soon (two weeks^MT isn't that long, is it? )
4) There is already a irc daimonin chat (several links in this forum are pointing at it), so might be, this could be used, too - before starting a new thing. But, it is up to the creative writers at the end ...

Point 3: Mt's history on wikii, i may stil have a copy of this, translated with help by X, but its a good structure of Daimonin how it come about and its history, hopefully i have a copy, if not, I hope its till around somewhere!!!!

Point 4: IRC, yes I'm aware of this but bothering development with stories is what i want to avoid, Having just a contact with development on what they want , whether it be a future map coming , and they want a story line with it, or some short stories to support for books,  is all i want to bother Dev team with. Its then upto the Creative Writing team to come up with something. Getting the Creating Writing Team togehter is the first step. A co-ordinated attempt with the Dev team on requirements the primary focus. A history or stories lacking currently whether it be in books or general stories recognised and attended to. A coordinator to help the process between the writers and Dev team is required to help get this process going smoothly
