I want to recreate teh world from a series of books i saw earlier you said it was ok to make a town with a plot well i was wondering if you could work bigger then just 1 town?>


what im getting at is a few towns the most important ones in the books to be exact  should i just do different map sets or can there be like a big set including all of the towns

If you download the mapmaker package from the HERE.  Read through all of the help, FAQs, and mapmaker forums elsewhere on the website and you can make whatever you want.

aside from the copyright issues, there's a couple of pointers....start with smaller mapsets.  It's easier to lay out 1 or 2 connected maps than 250.  Start from the southwest corner.  Work 1 whole area at a time...if you're doing a town, do all of the town, the maps that connect under/above/around that town (dungeons/basements/attics/whatever) then expand outward from the town.

yes as longir said take baby steps  and finish each section 1 by 1 or you'll overwhelm yourself Smiley
