Wiki editor tasks

Since the recent CVS infrastructure changes at Sourceforge our CVS-related documentation is out of date. I have changed all viewcvs links in the wiki, but the actual "How to use CVS" documentation is still wrong.

So, if someone with time and enough CVS knowledge could fix the following pages, it would be great:
